  • WHAT WE DO

We are passionate to leverage inclusivity and people-centered development through astute Programmes to promote Social Development.

  • EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES

There exist equal opportunities for everyone, regardless of gender, race, ethnic Background, religion, age, or physical abilities.

  • WHAT WE HAVE ACHIEVED

We combine the natural instincts of young people with opportunities as they desire to live a happy, dignified, fulfilling and decent lifestyle.

  • MISSION

The mission of Centre of Abilities is to leverage inclusivity and people-centered development programmes to promote socio-economic development by nurturing young people, especially young women to tap into their natural instincts and available opportunities as they desire to live a happy, dignified, fulfilling and decent lifestyle.

  • VISION

Create A Nation Where Everyone, Irrespective Of Gender, Race, Ethnic Background, Religion, Age, Or Physical Abilities Would Have Equal Opportunities.

WHAT WE SEE

We recognize how inclusivity is paramount in the development of resilient and sustainable communities, and we strongly emphasize the urgent need to enhance opportunities for various marginalized groups. These groups include Youth, People with Special Needs, Children, Deprived Communities, and Women (such as head porters/kayayes, school dropouts, victims of child marriage, women in agriculture and other commercial ventures). Failing to provide them with technical and vocational skills, startup capital, access to soft loans, technology, business advisory support, career coaching Programmes, supportive relationships, and physical and psychological safety would not only squander labor resources but also create redistributive pressures and distortions. Moreover, it would Exacerbate Poverty, Impede Labor Mobility, and Fuel Social Unrest and Conflict.

Supportive Relationships

Our community Programmes for the youth provide opportunities to expose young people to caring mentors who challenge them, encourage them to participate in positive experiences, positive thinking and respect their opinions.

Physical and Psychological Safety

At Center of Abilities, we prioritize creating a secure environment both physically and psychologically, fostering a sense of safety that has proven instrumental in our Programme's success.

Equal Oppotunities

We firmly believe in the principles of equal opportunities for all, irrespective of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, age, or physical abilities.

Mentorship

Mentoring is a component of our Programme which encompasses not only one-on-one guidance but also tutoring, life skills training, and coaching. These multifaceted interactions foster supportive and healthy connections between mentors and mentees, offering immediate and long-term advantages for both parties. The mentors provide guidance, knowledge, and support, while the mentees gain valuable skills, knowledge, and personal growth. This symbiotic relationship creates a nurturing environment that positively impacts the lives of both mentors and mentees, leading to mutual growth and development.

The activities conducted by our mentors have yielded significant outcomes, including:
